| In 2002, Gary A. Watson, CCIM joined EXIT Realty, NFI as President of the newly formed Commercial Division. Gary brings 30 years of real estate experience in the Santa Rosa, Escambia, Okaloosa and Walton counties and throughout the Southeast to the EXIT Realty NFI organization.
Gary was joined in 2008 by Robin Verge, CCIM, a broker-associate with over 16 years of experience in the Northwest Florida commercial and investment real estate market. Robin has earned an extensive knowledge of sales, leasing and property management, and has performed consulting duties for various corporate and governmental clients.
The team represents a group of professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in commercial and investment real estate, corporate asset management, property management, real estate development, sales, leasing and target marketing. All of these assets are focused on meeting our Clients' and Customers' needs.
Our agents have worked with numerous national, regional, and local tenants, REITs and developers in leasing, sub-leasing, site acquisition, and disposition activities maintaining those relationships and contacts. Professional designations and participation in professional organizations ensure that the EXIT Realty NFI-Commercial professionals maintain the necessary national and local contacts, the important professional continuing education opportunities and contribute to the continuing professional development of the agents and the industry.
