EXIT Realty N.F.I., formerly, Northwest Florida Investments, Inc. was founded by Ranae L. Stewart, Broker/Owner in 1985 and has offices in Pace and Pensacola and Gulf Breeze, Florida. We have been actively involved in real estate in Pace, Milton, and Pensacola for the last 20 years and represent buyers and sellers of residential, commercial, investment and waterfront property in the area. EXIT Realty N.F.I. is an organization founded on the highest level of customer satisfaction and professional development.
In 2002, Gary A. Watson, CCIM joined EXIT Realty, N.F.I. as President of the Commercial Division. Gary brings 30 years of real estate experience in the Santa Rosa, Escambia, Okaloosa and Walton counties and throughout the Southeast to the EXIT Realty N.F.I. organization. Gary is joined by a professional team of broker/salespersons and agents who participate in traditional real estate brokerage activities including buying and selling, leasing, property management, business brokerage, and real estate consulting.

EXIT Realty N.F.I.-Commercial broker/agents have achieved, among them, the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, participate as active members of the area Association of Realtors, and as an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) local chapter.
